Ordering: If you want to order via mail, print an
order form. Fill out the Stock Items
section, and send it and a check or money order for the full
amount, in U.S. funds, made payable to Bill Dawson, to 3403 Steamboat
Island Rd. NW, PMB 527 Olympia, WA 98502 Be sure to include your
contact information as well as shipping address. If there will
be a delay in shipping, I will attempt to contact you. If an
item is no longer available, your payment will be returned promptly.
Payment: Checks or money orders in US funds. We are only
able to accept credit card payments through PayPal. What is PayPal?
Return policy: Stock items returned within three months of
purchase, in good condition, by the patron who bought them, will
be refunded, less the shipping costs. I can't make refunds for
custom orders or items that have been customized or resized.
If you return an item insure the package so that you can get
your money if the work is lost in the mail.
To inquire about a custom order: Print an order
form. Fill out the Custom Orders section, and send it, along
with any desired documentation (pictures, copies from books or
archaeological reports, etc.) I will then contact you to work
out the design details, cost, and timetable.
